RoadMatrix is Stantec's next generation pavement management system, and is designed for municipal agencies to meet all of their planning and decision making needs. RoadMatrix uses current software development technology and leverages Stantec's 30-plus years of pavement data collection, pavement engineering, and pavement management experience.

• Pavement Inventory - Central warehouse for all roadway atttribute data including location, geometrics pavement structure, traffic, etc.
• Pavement Condition Assessment - Condition analysis indices calculated for surface distress, roughness (IRI) and deflection.
• Maintenance & Rehabilitation Analysis - Cost-effective intervention activites recommended based on user-defined decision processes.
• Priority Programming - Projects recommended based on annual budget constraints or minimum target service levels.
